A - Smooth Surface
B -
Flexible shaft*
C -
Offset shaft

The smooth surface allows the ball to release
easier, reducing friction.
The flexible shaft allows for reduced friction
when the ball is struck. The ball distorts when struck by the club causing
downward pressure that is absorbed by the shaft.
The pivoting shaft allows the tee to turn out of
the way of the club, again further reducing friction. |

* The
flexible shaft of the Air Ball Golf Tee is available in two sizes: 2", which
is ideal for large head drivers, and 1½", which works well with large head
drivers and is ideal for smaller head drivers and fairway woods.
